RECRUIT.

TRAIN.

RETAIN.

Introduction

We read business books because we want to get better. We want to learn from those who have succeeded before us, improve how we run our businesses, and become better leaders. But what if, instead of only learning from those who succeeded in the past, we also looked to the One who knows the future?

When I first picked up the Bible in 2006 after giving my life to Christ, I certainly wasn’t looking to improve my business acumen. I was genuinely surprised to discover how much of what I had already learned about business was rooted in Scripture. I had been benefiting from biblical principles without even realizing it.

The Bible addresses a wide range of subjects relevant to business and leadership. Think of it as the ultimate playbook, filled with proven wisdom for how we work, lead, and develop people. In Recruit. Train. Retain., I focus specifically on the people side of business and its core fundamentals: recruiting, training, and retaining.

You will always gain more by learning from the Creator than from the created.
